Returns & Refund Policy: We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case the Artefact is substantially damaged in transit, the same will be replaced provided video and picture/image proof, both are sent to us within 3 hours (three hours) of receiving the Artefact via WhatsApp and an E-mail to +91 9910447785 / info@singlespotglobal.com along with your order details. For other reasons, the Artefact is non-returnable as these are not mass produced but individually made and incur hefty cost, skill and time of best artists and artisans.
